Cutting Tool Manufacturing technology demands skilled machine handling, with meticulous monitoring through all stages such as material testing, its micro analysis, heat treatment, manufacturing & inspection.
In 1994 “Aayudh Tools” got a sibling “Vajra”. This facility matched the growing customer needs. In 1995 the group progressed further by manufacturing Brazed Carbide Cutting tools. In 2004, the group started manufacturing Brazed Carbied Cutting Tools to cater to the growing needs of the manufacturing industry.
The group was awarded D.I.C. Award for excellence in Manufacturing in 1995. Today Aayudh Tools and Vajra cater to almost all leading automobile manufacturers & their ancillaries across India. “Total Solution” of cutting tools includes complete customer service through facilities like designing, manufacturing and re-sharpening of cutting tools etc. The group also offers facilities for Broach re-sharpening and other challenging customer services.
Vajra and Aayudh Tools have state-of-the-art infrastructure that produce state-of-the-art products. The facilities include in-house monitoring and testing at every stage, and inspection of the finished products. The Company employs skilled man power whose abilities and expertise are continually upgraded.
