Dreamer is just another name for a Drill cum Reamer.
A dreamer is a time saving and economical hole making tool. This tool has the characteristics of a Drill and Reamer combined together.
Following are the conditions of using a Dreamer while machining:-

Solid Carbide Tools are normally PVD coated to enhance their performance in terms of Tool Life and Productivity. Aayudh Tools will decide the PVD Coating based on your application and your inputs. In case you have any specific prefernce please specify in the Comments / Special instructions field. Aayudh Tools will evalutae and revert with our recommendations.
